Arrival and Departure Times:

Check-in from 14:00 & needs to be arranged prior to your arrival to make sure that Beate is available to welcome you.

Rates and Extra Persons:
The units are billed per room for up to 2 adults only.

Security:
Your safety and security is very important to us. No visitors are allowed on the premises without prior arrangement and the homeowners’ permission. We pay for the services of a local security company who will respond in an emergency.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or anywhere on the premises.

Consideration of the Surroundings:
We are a small establishment in a suburban setting and show consideration for our neighbours and other guests by keeping noise levels down, especially at night. No parties or loud music is permitted. Please also use water and electricity sparingly.
